The Project

Twelve one-minute spots highlighting the evolution of engineering in the Hyundai Sonata and Elantra.

The Challenge

Hyundai sought to communicate the story of its precision engineering in a way that was cinematic and emotionally resonant. The difficulty lay in visualizing complex, often invisible processes—turning abstract engineering into something that encouraged viewers to see, feel and connect.

Our Approach

We designed scale 3D sets to create virtual camera passes that captured the intricate details of Hyundai’s engineering. These sequences transitioned seamlessly into an LED stage environment, where motion control cameras replicated the exact moves in live action. By blending practical cinematography and carefully engineered lighting, we built a cohesive visual world that mirrored the brand’s technical innovation.

The Result

The films lived on Hyundai’s website as a centerpiece for potential car buyers, transforming technical engineering into an engaging story that inspired confidence and curiosity. By elevating the brand narrative through cinematic visuals, the campaign helped Hyundai connect innovation with consumer decision-making, reinforcing trust at the point of consideration.
